Payment

With us you can shop comfortably and safely around the clock. In addition to prepayment (bank transfer), we also offer PayPal Plus (direct debit, credit card and invoice) as a payment option.

If you pay in advance, please transfer the invoice amount to the account stated in the order confirmation upon receipt of the order confirmation stating the order number.

If you pay by PayPal, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website after completing the order and can pay the invoice amount there via your PayPal account. But even without a PayPal account you can pay as a PayPal guest in a few steps without registration by direct debit, invoice or credit card.

We process the purchase on account via PayPal Plus. If you purchase by invoice, the total amount is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. The invoice will be issued with delivery. Purchase on account is a convenient and trustworthy method of payment, because you only pay for your purchase when you have received your goods.

Advantages:

maximum security: first the goods - then the payment - quickly and conveniently

Prerequisites:

- Invoice address in Germany
- Invoice address = Delivery address
- Purchase value incl. delivery costs up to 800 EUR (creditworthiness assumed)

The limit of 800 EUR is customer data related, i.e. if the limit is reached, a new order per invoice is only possible after the transfer of the invoice amount. Of course you can use an alternative payment method at any time to make further purchases at Lucka.dog in the meantime.

And this is how it works:

Simply choose from the payment methods "purchase on account", after all selected items are in the shopping cart and you have entered your customer data! In the next step you will be taken to the PayPal confirmation website where you can complete your details. You will then automatically be taken back to our webshop to complete your order. We will then ship the items you have ordered, provided they are immediately available from stock. You will receive your invoice after delivery. Please transfer the purchase price to PayPal. You can find the bank account information of PayPal in your order confirmation, your invoice and the e-mails of PayPal about your purchase.

Shipping

We ship our products with the shipping service provider DHL. We always try to keep the shipping costs for you as low as possible.

Germany:

No shipping costs from an order value of 59 EUR. Below this flat rate 4,90 €. (insured shipping)

We send the mouth and nose masks, as well as the dog bandanas within Germany free of charge in a large letter (uninsured shipping).  

EU / Europe:

Within the EU / Europe 16,90 € flat rate. (insured shipping)

International 1:

Algeria, Egypt, Georgia, Great Britain, Israel, Morocco, Russian Federation, Tunisia, Turkey

International 2:
